Building on the successful first phase of reconstruction, which transformed the common areas and hostel rooms, the second stage of Kantar Hotel focuses on the redesign of the hotel rooms themselves.

While preserving all existing technical and engineering systems, the project completely renews the interior style of the rooms. Drawing inspiration from Yerevan’s historic markets — including vibrant old photographs of the Ghantar Market — the design introduces a palette of colorful yet calm wall tones, paired with contrasting accent details in furniture and finishes.

The goal is to capture the warm, lively atmosphere of Yerevan’s traditional markets, translating their energy into a fresh, inviting environment that remains restful and comfortable for guests.

The interior design phase has been completed, with construction scheduled to begin in the coming months.
