Perched atop a residential building near Dalma Mall, RDCY (Ris Dalma Collection Yerevan) is more than an apart-hotel — it’s a curated co-living space inspired by the poetic heritage of the Dalma gardens and Armenia’s deep-rooted culture of hospitality.

Designed as a space for connection and quiet discovery, RDCY encourages interaction — not just between guests and hosts, but with the cultural layers of Armenia itself. Shared spaces and thoughtful layouts foster a sense of community, while allowing for private retreat and reflection.

The interior concept merges the clarity of Scandinavian design with the philosophy and texture of Armenian identity. Calm, minimal forms are enriched by tactile materials, traditional motifs, and handcrafted accents — revealing meaning through detail.

Since its opening in 2017, RDCY has received strong and lasting feedback from international guests, many of whom speak of the atmosphere of belonging, the warmth of the space, and the unforgettable panoramic view over Yerevan.

RDCY stands as a model of how interior architecture can carry cultural narrative — offering comfort, beauty, and a genuine sense of place.
