This 200 m² office for an accounting firm in Gyumri was designed to replace a traditional layout with a modern open workspace. The design encourages collaboration, clarity, and well-being, while retaining focused zones for concentration and informal conversation.

Programmatically, the space includes an open work zone, quiet corners, a coffee point with kitchenette, and embedded support areas. Materials and lighting support a calm, professional atmosphere. The result is a human-centered workplace aligned with contemporary values of transparency and flexibility. Construction is ongoing.
